Villa near the Beach at Kanalia

Rebuilt from the ground up in 2024, a wind-sheltered villa at Kanalia with two sandy beaches a few minutes' walk down the lane, Ornos four minutes away by car and the town six. Six en-suite bedrooms with marble bathrooms for up to fifteen guests, on 4,800 m² looking west over the bay to the sunset and the lights of Mykonos town.

The main house has an open-plan living room with built-in sofas and a fireplace, a designer kitchen under Bocci lighting and one bedroom on the ground floor; two more upstairs open onto balconies facing the sea. The independent lower level holds three large suites, each with a lounge and kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a private terrace with its own heated jacuzzi. Every bed and sofa bed is by Coco-Mat.

Outside, the pool and a fifth heated jacuzzi look over the bay beside a sunset lounge, a wind-protected dining table for sixteen under a pergola, an outdoor kitchen with a bar, a wood-fired pizza oven and a barbecue. A massage room with a chromotherapy set-up, a Vimar smart-home system, a standby generator and a night security guard complete it. Daily housekeeping, linen twice a week and pool and garden care are included.
