Three minutes' walk from Kalo Livadi beach and its boat dock, a 1,200 m² villa on 5,300 m² of landscaped Mediterranean garden with nine bedrooms for eighteen guests, live-in staff and a night guard. It is built for a large group: a professional kitchen, two outdoor dining areas for twenty and fourteen, a 15-metre infinity pool with a bar, and a gym with a massage room beside it.

The master suite takes the upper level, with a boudoir, a lounge, a walk-in closet and a bathroom whose tub looks over the pool to the sea. The entrance level has the family living room and kitchen with an island and three sea-view bedrooms, two of them interconnecting. The pool level holds a second living room with a wine bar and a table for fourteen, the gym and massage room, the professional kitchen and five guest-house rooms opening onto the pool, each with a lounge or mini bar and its own entrance.

Daily housekeeping with towels changed daily and linen twice a week, pool and garden care, maintenance and a guard from ten at night to six in the morning are included. In the shoulder months the villa can be taken as a six-bedroom house with rooms added one at a time. The helipad is 400 m away, Ano Mera under four kilometres, the town eleven.
