Villa at Elia

A brand-new house of stone and timber on 4,100 m² above Elia, with a 180-degree view over the beach to Paros and Naxos and its own helipad. Six suites for twelve guests are divided between a main house and a fully independent guest unit a short walk away, so a family or two can share the estate and keep their privacy.

The main house opens onto a kitchen with an island, a living room with the pool and the sea in front of it and a table for six, then out to an outdoor kitchen with a gas hob, barbecue and wine fridge, a bar and dining for twelve. Two suites on this level walk straight out to the terrace; the master above has an open bathroom with a tub set against a sea-view window and its own balcony. The guest unit below has its own kitchen and living room, a six-seat heated jacuzzi and two more suites, one with an outdoor hot shower. An 82 m² infinity pool with a jacuzzi and a connected shallow pool, both heatable, sits in front, with stairs down to a built-in lounge around an open fireplace and four terraces to choose between. A separate gym with Matrix equipment has its own shower and a large screen.

Daily housekeeping, pool and bath towels changed daily, linen every other day, pool and garden care and a night security guard are included. There is an electric car charger, a generator and a Sonos system throughout. Elia beach is a five-minute drive, Ano Mera four kilometres, the town eleven.
