Villa at Tourlos

A calm, nature-connected house on 4,200 m² at Paradisia above Tourlos, spread across the hillside in terraces and gardens joined by stone-walled paths, with the Aegean and the town in view and shelter from the north wind so the outdoor rooms are usable all summer. Six bedrooms for twelve guests over 350 m², with a member of staff living in.

The entrance level has an open kitchen with a wine fridge and doors to the barbecue and the pool, a dining table for six and a living room with a smart television and the sea beyond; a few steps lead to the master with its sea, sunset and town view and an open-plan rain shower, and to a room with built-in bunks that take adults. Three rooms on the independent lower level share a kitchenette and connect by a corridor, yet each has its own outside door; the largest has a lounge and a pergola terrace. A separate guest house adds a sixth room with a lounge and its own pergola.

Outside, a 15 m infinity pool that can be heated to 30 degrees, a built-in table for twelve, a lounge under a pergola and an al fresco gym under another. Daily housekeeping, linen twice a week, pool and garden care and a night security guard are included. The new port is little more than a kilometre away, Agios Stefanos beach under two, the town five and a half.
