A newly built retreat in the Paradisia hills above Tourlos, where terraced gardens and timber pergolas give way to a 20-metre infinity pool and a view that takes in the sea, the port, the town and the sunset. Five suites for ten guests, an indoor gym, a staff room and a chapel sit on a 4,000 m² plot that feels entirely secluded.

The entrance level holds the kitchen with its island and wine fridge, a dining room for eight looking onto the pool, a living room facing the sea and the master suite: a built-in bed under a wooden ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, a rain shower with a double basin and doors onto a lounge under a pergola. A second suite and the gym, with its own bathroom, are below. Three attached guest rooms cut into the hillside each have a kitchenette, a built-in sofa, a sea view and a private pergola with their own entrance.

The house comes with a live-in member of staff, daily housekeeping with towels changed daily and linen day by day, and a security guard from ten at night to six in the morning. The new port is little more than a kilometre away, Agios Stefanos beach under two, the town five and a half.
