A minimal stone-and-white villa on a quiet hillside above Kalafatis, looking down over the bay to the twin islets of Divounia. Six bedrooms for twelve guests sit over three levels of 265 m² on a 2,000 m² plot, with the pool terrace on the entrance level so the living room, the kitchen and the first two bedrooms all open straight onto it.

The living room, dining area for six and open kitchen share one long space with the pool and the sea in front of them, and lead out to an outdoor kitchenette with a built-in barbecue, a bar with high stools and a table for eight. Upstairs the two sea-view bedrooms share a balcony with a heated five-seat jacuzzi; the master has a second one to itself. Two further bedrooms with independent entrances sit on the lower level, one of them with a desk. Every bedroom has an en-suite shower room, air conditioning and a television.

The pool can be heated on request. Daily housekeeping, twice-weekly linen changes, pool and garden care are included. A near-identical five-bedroom villa sits beside it on the same plot, and the two are let together for parties of up to twenty-two. Agia Anna beach is under two kilometres away, Ano Mera three, and the town ten.
