Elani Resort, Kassandra

A resort of three main buildings on 30,000 m² of pine forest at Elani, on the west coast of Kassandra, 700 m from the beach and a few minutes from the village of Siviri and from Sani. Some 5,700 m² are built of a permitted 13,000 m². The resort was never fully completed and has been closed since 2012, so it comes as a full renovation project with the bones of a large operation already standing.

Building one was designed around restaurants, a bar and leisure areas, sized for 176 beds and a future 200 more. Buildings two and three hold 78 rooms between them, along with reception, shops, restaurants and bars, and the basement of the third building was built out for a spa. Outside there is an Olympic-size swimming pool with a children's pool beside it, and an optional cable car linking the beach to the resort has been planned. Topographic plans exist for a fourth building of 200 rooms, and a building permit has already been issued for 100 additional rooms.

Asking €4,000,000 for a large-scale resort in a prime tourist area, with multiple revenue streams available once the renovation and expansion are carried through: rooms, restaurants, bars, spa, retail and leisure.
